1)25 minutes on stair climber
2)10 sets of push ups to failure on ever set super set with 4 sets of pull ups, 4 sets of straight bar curls, and two set of DB curls
3)Abs
1)Vups-20
Russian Twist-30
Toe Touches-30
Scissor kicks-50
3 sets!!
