2)Lat Pull Down super set with seated bent over row

3)DB Shoulder Press superset with DB lateral shoulder raise

5)Abs
On Decline bench
20 situps
20 russian twists
10 stretches ( Stretch arm behind head, then crunch up halfway)
3 sets
